Code of conduct

Whistleblower reporting channel
To safeguard a safe, honest and respectful working environment, VCK offers a confidential reporting channel for reporting irregularities, breaches of laws and regulations, fraud, inappropriate behaviour or other serious misconduct related to the organisation.
This reporting channel is managed by an independent confidential adviser who is responsible for the careful handling of reports and, where necessary, for forwarding information to the competent persons or bodies within the organisation. The identity of the reporter is protected and treated confidentially as far as possible.
VCK is committed to protecting and respecting the rights of all employees, clients and business partners. We take reports seriously and take appropriate measures when it appears that our standards, values or statutory obligations have been breached. Integrity, safety and transparency are central to this.
